Notice for Use of Mining Impact Crusher:

1. Check if the installation location of each part shifts or deforms, tighten all the bolts and check the sealing condition.

2. Check the wiring and fastening condition of electric box, adjust the time-delay relay and overload protector. Switch on the circuit, test the motor's rotating direction and choose appropriate fuse of the right specification.

3. Check the operating condition of the hydraulic system, making sure there is no leakage.

4. Remove the foreign bodies inside the impact crusher, and wrench the rotor with hand to see if there is friction or collision.

5. Material hardness shall not exceed 350 Mpa, since the plate hammer is liable to wear and tear.

6. The ideal feeding size should be within 100 to 500 mm, not to exceed the maximum specified value.
